Are you a confident, relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for customer service and account management?
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier in their field who are looking for a proactive Account Manager to their growing team in Henfield.

Role Overview:
As Account Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for key customers and accounts - handling everything from enquiries and quotes to maintaining relationships and identifying new opportunities. You'll play a vital role in both retaining existing business and securing new clients through outbound sales activity, networking, and trade event attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the primary point of contact for key customers and account enquiries
Provide quotes and follow up to convert into sales
Resolve any issues around pricing or delivery with professionalism
Maintain and grow strong relationships with customers to retain business
Attend customer meetings, industry trade shows, and networking events
Make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
Support commercial pricing decisions through negotiation and customer insight

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally with telesales exposure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
A proactive and flexible attitude, with willingness to travel for off-site meetings and industry events
Experience in or knowledge of the electrical sector is a bonus but not essential

What's on Offer:

Salary of £26,500 - £28,000 DOE with OTE up to £35,000pa
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break
