Position: Account Manager
Contract Type: Permanent

Your Role:
As the Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of their customer relationships! You'll engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they receive top-notch service. Your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field preferably working with blue chip customers and with B2B Account Management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Package:

  • Salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annual (dependent upon skills and experience)
  • Account Manger's bonus scheme - performance related (after completion of probationary period)
  • Probationary period - 3 months
  • 22 days annual leave
  • Hybrid working - 2/3 days office
