An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a progressive packaging manufacturer that have built a formidable reputation for delivering high quality cartons, luxury, and shelf ready packaging solutions to the Beauty & Cosmetic, Premium Spirits, Personal Care, FMCG, and Retail markets. Now looking for someone experienced within Customer Services and Account Management to join a supportive and encouraging team with full training provided.

• Salary £25k-£30k DOE + attractive benefits package
• Current or recent Account Management experience with a passion for delivering exceptional level of customer service is paramount
• Norfolk - Office based role
• Account Manager, Account Executive, Customer Services, Client Services Executive, Print, Packaging

Account Manager Overview:

• You will have exposure to working with leading Luxury & Cosmetic brands, responsible for ownership of client requirements from initial brief, checking artwork, estimating and through to final delivery
• Retain and manage existing customer relationships
• Provide accurate information for estimating production, reprographics, and technical departments
• Raise purchase orders for raw material and outwork services, stock management creating job bags for production, whilst following a strict process controls
• Delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery

Account Manager Requirements:

• Current or recent Account Management experience with a passion for delivering exceptional level of customer service is paramount
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic focused approach to work
• A confident communicator, able to handle complex situations and plan effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
