Wild Recruitment are supporting a thriving business in their search for an Account Manager. In this role, you'll become the link between clients and internal teams. You will drive retention and recognise opportunities to up sell and cross sell

• Managing a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact

• Building lasting relationships through regular communication and proactive support

• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts

• Coordinating internal resources to deliver timely and effective client solutions

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and renewals

• Proven experience in account management

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport

• The ability to be organised and proactive

• Experience using CRM tools and working cross-functionally with internal teams
