Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Worcestershire (onsite initially, then hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

As an Account Manager, you'll be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client needs are met with efficiency, creativity, and commercial savvy. Your ability to nurture long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Monitor account performance and deliver regular reporting
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
• Contribute to pitches and proposals for new business

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Commercial awareness and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with CRM tools and data reporting platforms
