Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing and retaining clients? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager for GoHire Test Account in Jerome.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success in using our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with our sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with internal teams to drive growth and revenue
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points to recommend solutions and strategies that align with their objectives
- Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other materials to support client retention and growth
- Seek out and participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and retaining clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
