The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the technical cornerstone of customer-facing operations, providing solutions to their outsourced manufacturing needs. You'll play a key role in supporting clients, driving product development, and enhancing manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Deliver technical support to key accounts, resolving queries and offering solutions throughout the product life-cycle.
• Process Improvement: Advise clients on optimising processes, including material selection, tooling, and production techniques.
• Product Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop new products that meet specifications and industry standards.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to materials, performance, and process limitations.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and quotations, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, Technical, and Quality teams to ensure seamless integration of customer requirements.

Account Manager Profile

• 3-5 years' experience in technical account management or engineering
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
