Account Manager

Location: Buntingford

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (fully office based)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a confident communicator with a flair for organisation and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a proactive Event / Account Manager to join our friendly and sociable team in a beautiful rural location in Hertfordshire.

• Liaising with clients (UK & overseas) to understand their needs and prepare them for visits.
• Briefing photographers and post-production teams clearly and accurately.
• Allocating resources efficiently to maximise commercial return.
• Ensuring timely follow-up and rebooking of future events.
• Gathering feedback to continuously improve our service.
• Occasionally supporting other departments or events (e.g. commercial shoots, charity events, etc).
• Taking part in an out-of-hours rota to handle occasional emergencies (e.g. cancellations, van issues, etc.).

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car (no public transport links to the office).
• A flexible, can-do attitude and team spirit.

• Competitive salary up to £28,000 (negotiable for the right candidate).
