Job Description - Account Manager

Operations and Account Manager
Esher, Hybrid Working

£30,000 DOE

Are you an organised, proactive, and client-focused professional looking to make a significant impact? We're seeking an Operations and Account Manager to join a dynamic team based in Esher. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth delivery across various tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling multiple priorities, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage project workloads, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with project requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all project-related data and company policy documents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist the sales team by supporting the creation of new quotes and identifying fresh business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand and align on project priorities.
  • Facilitate project delivery within scope and on schedule, making sure the team meets all deadlines.
  • Review technical products, assist with testing, and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Balance and prioritize client projects alongside internal development needs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Meet with clients regularly to ensure their needs are fully met and expectations exceeded.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in project or account management - you know how to keep things organised and clients satisfied.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills - you're great at building rapport and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in IT tools, particularly Word and Excel, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
