About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, insight, and care. You’ll identify new opportunities for growth within an existing portfolio also seeking new business and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities from lead generation managing the sales process from 'Cradle to Grave’
• Understand client goals and provide tailored solutions
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor account performance and report on key metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, client service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using CRM systems and data analytics tools
