Account Manager

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and solving problems before they escalate? We’re looking for a Senior Account Liaison to join a leading UK-based schoolwear supplier and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to major customers and wholesale partners.

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for key customers and suppliers.
• Manage the full order lifecycle from purchase order to delivery.
• Lead regular business reviews and performance check-ins.
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, lead times, compliance) and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, warehouse, and quality teams.
• Support demand forecasting and process optimisation.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in account management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong project management and KPI tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• ERP system experience (Wilcom a plus).
