Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious bathroom retailer known for delivering luxury products and exceptional service since the 1930's. Based in Dartford, they are seeking a professional and customer-focused Account Manager to join their established team.

This is a client-facing role focused on managing relationships with trade and retail customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to post-sale support, while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Provide expert product advice and support throughout the customer journey
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
• Handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, and maintain CRM records
