Account Manager

This Account Manager role offers a base salary between £30,000 - £32,000, along with uncapped commission and realistic earnings of £45,000+. You’ll work in a vibrant, collaborative team that values growth, success, and having fun while doing it!

As a Account Manager, you will:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to existing customers to promote services
• Introduce and upsell Tax Returns, Salary Sacrifice schemes, and Executive Packages
• Follow up on warm leads to drive conversions
• Maintain full compliance with IR35 and internal procedures
• Hit performance targets and service standards
• Build strong, lasting client relationships

The ideal Account Manager will have:

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, recruitment, or similar
• A proactive, driven, and target-focused approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to adapt and perform in a fast-moving environment
• Knowledge of IR35 or compliance processes (preferred but not essential)
