Job Description - Account Manager

Join a Prestigious Team as an Account Manager in North West London!

Right Now Group is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our international client, who is expanding their exceptional team of Account Managers based in North West London. They're now on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing high-end service to a luxury client base.

If you have experience in Account Management within the Removals, Storage, or Logistics & Supply Chain sectors, and you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the ideal role for you!

We're especially keen to hear from candidates who speak French or Italian, as you'll regularly liaise with clients and partners across Europe.

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: North West London
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Hybrid working - 1 day WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for a range of clients-UK-based, European, International, Corporate, and Trade
  • Proactively upsell services such as storage, full value protection, and third-party offerings
  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding and aligning with client needs
  • Generate accurate quotes or book site surveys in coordination with estimators
  • Input and manage data in Moveware, ensuring competitive rates and service quality from multiple suppliers
  • Coordinate storage requests, including arranging deliveries from storage when required
  • Negotiate pricing with prospective clients, balancing value with profitability
  • Maintain strong client and supplier relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Complete all sales-related admin tasks to a high standard and ensure accurate records are kept

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Fluency in English and preferably French or Italian to support communication with European clients
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset
  • Background in Account Management within Logistics, Fine Art, Customs, Removals, or Storage
  • Confident in handling high-value or luxury clients with professionalism and care
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills-written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
  • Experienced in nurturing relationships with clients and third-party service providers
  • Familiarity with Moveware or similar CRM/quoting systems is a plus
