Account Manager

• Working hours Mon - Thurs 8.00- 5.00 Fri 8.00 - 4.00

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a global business that is expanding. This role is based in Wolverhampton and involves managing and developing both current and lapsed customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of current and lapsed customer accounts.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Handle inbound enquiries, provide pricing, and follow up on quotations.
• Accurately record sales activity and customer interactions in the system.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Minimum of 2 years B2B Account Management or Internal Sales experience.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with a confident phone manner.
• Commercially aware and target-driven.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
