The role

You’ll support a small caseload of clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities, helping them back into work. This is a government-funded programme, which means it’s a cost-free service for employers. Your role is to use your relationship-building skills to:

• Engage with local businesses and create job opportunities for clients.
• Work with community partners such as the NHS and charities to ensure people get the right support on their journey.
• Coach and motivate clients through job search, interviews, and into sustainable work.
• You will work accross 2 - 4 community locations in the borough you work in. So you could b hot desking in an NHS Trust, cafe, Library or Community Centre. So you will be great at managing your diary / week around where you meet your job seekers and employers.

Salary: £33, 700 – £35,000

Locations: You will be based in one of the following boroughs: Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey.

Assessment date / time: Shepherd’s Bush, 8 October. The process lasts 3 hours (options for morning or afternoon), includes a presentation to prepare for.

Contract: Full time, permanent, Mon–Fri, 9–5 (outreach based / no home working).
