Job Description - Account Manager

Kingdom Collective is a PR and communications agency sitting at the juncture of underground and mainstream culture. We’re embedded in the scenes and subcultures shaping the future. We connect our brand clients with cultural opinion leaders, communities and influential networks, to help them achieve genuine impact and measurable reach. Beyond awareness, we create campaigns with integrity that positively affect how people think and feel.

Some of our current & previous clients include: Corona, Dr. Martens, Converse, V&A, Relentless, Burn, Moflin, Casio G-Shock Nando’s, AIAIAI, YouTube, War Child, GALA, Rally & Lost Village Festival.

In-house projects: Beat Hotel (Ibiza, Marrakech) and San Remo (Glastonbury)

The Role

We’re on the hunt for an experienced PR Account Manager to join our client services team to work across a roster of clients including global brands, music festivals and culture projects.

You’ll work on campaigns that span PR, events, creative talent and content.

Responsibilities:

-Continually building relationships with media contacts across consumer print, broadcast and online

-Managing relationships with clients - overseeing evolving campaigns, managing expectations, positively adapting to unforeseen issues and ensuring successful outcomes on deadline workflow

-Identifying and jumping on new opportunities for partnerships, and developing ideas for new projects and clients

-Managing and inspiring the team - overseeing and supporting junior team members to reach their potential

-Implementing progressive and dynamic campaigns – from idea to execution

-Reporting and evaluating work collaborations & new platforms

-Contributing to creative sessions

-Managing teams at live events

THE IDEAL PERSON

●Minimum 4 years of PR agency experience in 360 communications, with music and/or brand experience

●An early adopter, who thrives on being across the latest cultural trends and events -passionate about music, culture and communication

●Experience working on high-profile brands, with a good understanding of how they operate within culture

●Used to implementing campaign plans, including developing timelines and budgets

●Excellent writing skills – proficiency in the writing of all press materials, strong copy-editingand proofreading skills as well as impeccable attention to detail

●Strong media contacts with a proven record of flourishing in a media-facing role

●Previous experience working to, and delivering on, KPIs and targets

●Clear communicator - able to easily articulate ideas to clients, team and media

●Organised, motivated and results-orientated

●Strategic thinker & adaptable multi-tasker
