Requirements

To contribute to the companies success, you will need 2 years experience in:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  


• Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  


• Driving client satisfaction and retention.
  


• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross\-sell products and services.
  


• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  


• Managing workflow efficiently to maximise productivity.
  


• Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  


• Making commercially driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
  


• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Benefits

• Basic Salary: £35,000 \- £40,000 depending on experience
  


• Commission: This roles attracts a competitive commission, Â£10,800 OTE (On Target Earnings), and the more work you win the more money you get.
