Job Description - Account Manager

Hacksaw Gaming is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to join the team in our UK office. If you really love what you do and ensure the quality of your customer relationships match the quality of the products you’re representing then this role could be for you! 



Key Responsibilities:



  • Building and managing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.

  • Overseeing a portfolio of clients with a structured and consultative approach.

  • Supporting clients in optimizing game performance, including Slots, Scratchcards, and Instant Win Games.

  • Driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, aligning new products with client goals.

  • Leading regular performance reviews, providing insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and company updates, and sharing relevant changes.

  • Promoting new products, features, and campaigns to boost engagement and results.

  • Contributing to the improvement of client experience, identifying areas for enhancement.

  • Representing the company at industry events and exhibitions, strengthening relationships and visibility.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and supporting ad-hoc business or client needs.



Requirements:



  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Account management;

  • Self-starter and motivated person to succeed both in a team environment and as an individual;

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills;

  • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills;

  • Good problem solving skills with a proactive approach;

  • Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets;

  • Ability to understand and manage commercial agreements;

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

  • Proficiency in English, any other languages are a plus.
