PeakData partners with leading pharmaceutical organisations to deliver advanced, data-driven HCP intelligence that informs strategy, engagement and commercial decision-making. We are looking for a confident, self-starting Account Manager to join our growing Global Client Services team.
You will be at the forefront of innovation in HCP intelligence, working with bespoke data platforms that transform the way clients understand their universe of healthcare professionals. This is not a typical account management role: you will combine data insight, strategic thinking, and client leadership in a truly unique way. Your work will help clients make informed decisions that improve patient outcomes and optimise their commercial strategy.
KeyResponsibilities
Act as the primary and independent client contact for the full 12-month licence period
Run kick-off meetings, align on scope, objectives and success metrics
Translate client briefs into clear internal direction for the delivery team
Oversee the development of bespoke HCP intelligence platforms
Ensure accurate analysis of HCPs using publicly available evidence linked at individual level
Guide prioritisation, segmentation and scoring frameworks (clinical, scientific, digital) aligned with client strategy
Support delivery of the platform and lead onboarding discussions thereafter
Drive ongoing engagement post-delivery to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform
Identifyadditional needs, optimisation opportunities and organic growth within accounts
Contribute to account planning, forecasting and KPI tracking
Proactively identify risks or gaps and propose solutions
Support or lead RFIs/RFPs and contribute to pitch activity where
Attend client meetings in the UK and Europe as needed
Who You Are
We are looking for someone confident, commercially astute and naturally proactive. You will thrive in a collaborative, team-orientated culture, but also be comfortable taking ownership of accounts and driving momentum independently.
Essential skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) with a strong academic record
2–5 years’ experience working with pharmaceutical clients
Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong literacy and numeracyskills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team
