Account Manager

At Gi Group we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced On-Site Account Manager to join our team, who will be based at our client's premises in Tamworth, Dordon. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, recruiting , and happy to build strong working relationships with the client and their team.

About the Role

As the On-Site Account Manager you will play a key role in supporting the daily recruitment and workforce operations onsite. The role is focused heavily on recruitment activity which includes attraction, advertising, pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining candidate pools to support our the fluid business needs.

You will work closely with both the client and workforce to ensure a high level of service delivery, while also tracking performance against KPIs and operational targets.

Payroll completion
Client Management/ Engagement

What you'll need to succeed:

Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience, with a commitment to career development.
Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leading by example.
Builds excellent relationships with the client and internal/external stakeholders.
Preference, previous Account Management experience.
Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
Proficient in presenting KPI and industry data.
Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial mathematics.
Time and workload management skills to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.
