We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a well-established facilities management contract across Northampton. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring health and safety standards are achieved and maintained across the contract
Managing profitability through effective understanding and control of the contract P&L
Delivering operational services in line with agreed procedures and contractual requirements
Driving service improvements, efficiencies and innovation across the operation
Leading contract performance and ensuring all obligations are met
Challenging existing processes and implementing positive change where required
Managing service delivery across a portfolio supporting local schoolsWhat we're looking for

To be successful as an Account Manager, you should have:

Experience working within a PFI environment or against key SLA-driven contracts
Strong experience meeting contractual obligations and performance targets
Extensive people management experience
Proven experience managing contract performance and operational delivery
A strong understanding of health and safety requirements
The ability to make decisions and take accountability within a senior operational role
Excellent leadership skills with the credibility to engage stakeholders at all levels
Experience working within facilities management, ideally supporting schools
