Account Manager

As Account Manager, you will hold commercial accountability for managing, nurturing, and organically growing a portfolio of high-value accounts across the signage, branding, and venue fit-out sectors.

Acting as the main client liaison, you will work closely with internal Estimating, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure project execution while acting as an advisor to main contractors, blue chip retailers, and brand managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage, nurture, and expand established client accounts, identifying repeat opportunities and retail rollouts (£20k – £250k+ project values)

* Engage directly with clients to specify bespoke technical signage, illuminated displays, and wayfinding systems

* Lead client reviews, oversee tender submissions, and secure ongoing agreements with partners

* Build lasting relationships across construction, commercial interior design, and retail implementation client bases

* Partner with internal design, manufacturing, and install teams to ensure project execution, successful handover, and profit margins

Essential Requirements:

* 3+ years' proven Account Management / Client Partnership experience within signage, architectural displays, large-format graphics, or commercial fit out / furniture.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings, understand project specifications, and collaborate closely with internal estimating teams

* Proven record of developing long-term client relationships and growing organic revenue within a blue-chip or contractor account base

* Able to oversee multiple project briefs, while ensuring profit margin

* Full UK Driving Licence
