Salary: £30,800 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Lunch: 40-minute unpaid break

PPM Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. The job will become permanent after 13 weeks for the right candidate

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing client support enquiries, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly and providing a high level of service at all times.

You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently, KPIs and SLAs are met, and all customer interactions are accurately recorded on the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure client orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered Right First Time
Respond to initial enquiries promptly, professionally and within agreed SLAs
Manage client support tickets through to successful resolution
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions on the CRM system
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved
Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain excellent customer service

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet KPIs
Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
