Account Manager – Fire & Security

£40,000–£45,000 & Benefits | Southport office / Hybrid

EFT Systems is looking for an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of valued customers across the North and North West.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of key customer relationships, ensuring contracts are delivered successfully while identifying opportunities to grow accounts through additional services and solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Building strong, long-term customer relationships

* Managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs and service performance

* Leading regular customer review meetings

* Working closely with operational and sales teams

* Resolving issues and ensuring excellent customer service

* Identifying cross-selling and account growth opportunities

* Supporting contract renewals, tenders and bids

About You

You may currently be an Account Manager, Contract Manager, Customer Relationship Manager or Service Delivery Manager ideally within fire & security, facilities management, compliance or another service-led environment.

You’ll be commercially aware, organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Fire & security industry knowledge is highly desirable, particularly across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.

The role offers hybrid working with regular client visits across the North/North West.

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
