This is a career changing opportunity to get involved as the Account Manager this high-profile commercial maintenance provider located across a prestigious portfolio with multiple locations across the City and Central.

You will be joining one of the UK’s most well established and stable maintenance service providers who have recently been awarded multiple contracts and are set for further growth over 2027.

The account portfolio is spread across a centralised area of London with around six major commercial buildings and some associated locations across the portfolio.

The facilities provide a diverse mixture of high-end commercial offices, which incorporate retail franchise outlets, restaurants as part of their infrastructure and very high-end commercially owned accommodation.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager

* Strategic management of the provision of maintenance service of all M&E and Fabric

* Development and implementation of net zero carbon emissions program

* Strong focus on change management

* Investment into smart technology solutions for energy management

* Managing the strategy for updating and improving the PPM regime and O&M manuals

* Managing interface between clients, engineering team and sub-contractors.

* Providing in depth technical support to the landlords engineering team.

About You as the Account Manager

* Experienced in Managing large scale building services and FM applications.

* A passion for Energy Management and Environmental footprint

* Strong understand of Engineering.

This is going to be a very busy portfolio, there is already a full set of resident engineering teams put in place on across these buildings and your role will take on full portfolio management with regard to client relationship, P&L, projects and technical issues.
