Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at a leading drinks supplier. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, promoting our range of products, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Develop an understanding of their requirements.
Product Promotion: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and various uses of our products.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers, initiating contact, and presenting our product offerings. Expand our customer base through effective networking.
Coordinate with internal teams to address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and orders. Generate regular reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
