Job Description - Account Manager

‍Position: Account Manager

Level: Mid-Senior role

Location: Manchester, Trafford Park (On-site)

Remuneration: Yearly, dependent on experience

MediaCo Group is a leading large format print manufacturer based in Manchester, and we are the market leader in print solutions and invest in the most advanced print technology and display applications to provide the best quality for our clients.

We are very excited to announce that we are on the hunt for a new team member. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Service team, who has the ability to demonstrate high levels of service and act as the liaison between MediaCo Group and our customers, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction alongside developing existing accounts and manage client relationships.

Purpose of the role:
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system, keeping track of any contact information and delivery address updates.
Work alongside the production team to ensure client orders are processed and completed in a timely manner.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to our clients.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Handle incoming inquiries and requests from existing customers and address their needs.
Manage and maintain existing house accounts, ensuring that they are serviced and well looked after.
Negotiate best costing outcomes, preparation of quotes and booking in of orders.
Manage client orders from start to finish (i.e.: booking in right through to delivery).
Purchasing of requested materials for client orders.
Clearly address any client concerns and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
Raise clients’ concerns and needs to the senior management team, where necessary.
Explain costs or expenditures when discussing new terms/payments with clients, where necessary.
After care service with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products or services.
Contribute information to sales and marketing teams by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analyzing customer reactions.

Required skills and qualifications:
Professional experience in a sales or customer service role within the print industry.
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
