Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join this pioneering business. As a key member of their sales force, you will be responsible for following up on incoming leads, showing clients around and closing deals for commercial office space. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and beautiful properties across the London area.

Responsibilities:
Follow up with inbound enquiries within potential clients seeking commercial office space.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective tenants.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies and materials.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to lease signing.

Requirements:
Proven track record in commercial flexible office space sales
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Knowledge of local market trends and regulations.

Benefits:
Package £36,000-£40,000 (negotiable) + commIssion. £80,000 realistic OTE! Uncapped
