The successful candidate will manage and develop relationships with Partner clients (IT resellers) and support them with identifying opportunities and winning deals within their client base (end-user).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to
manage existing client relationships .
Develop an
in-depth understanding of the business’ product offering , with the view of becoming a
consultative partner
to your own clients.
Build ,
maintain , and
manage
client relationships, become a
champion
of them and actively recognise and celebrate their successes.
Proactively engage
with Partner clients and
identify opportunities
to introduce the product to their clients.
Support Partner
clients through the sales cycle by providing
quotes ,
proposals , and
presentations .
Conduct demonstrations
to Partners and their customers, emphasising the product’s value, features, and capabilities.
Attend and actively contribute to Partner
sales review meetings , recording and following up on all actions.
Update the company CRM with all activities, sales forecast information, and contact updates.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
2+
years
B2B sales experience
is essential for this role.
Ability to learn and
develop an understanding of software products
is essential.
An interest in
technology
would be highly beneficial.
Excellent
communication
skills, both written & verbal, and in
person
&
online
Confidence in
building professional relationships
with stakeholders at all levels.
Team centric & positive attitude with a commercial mindset.
Full clean UK driving licence.
UK resident with unrestricted rights to work within the UK.
