Job Description - Account Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for our next star Account Manager to help run one our largest global asset management accounts. To thrive in this role you will have the ability to win people over, collaborate with peers, build strong relationships with clients and publishers, and to think strategically and outside the box. You will be confident in planning and managing media campaigns across a full range of digital and offline channels.About UsFundamental Media is a leading marketing agency specialising in asset management and educational providers. With our extensive industry expertise, proprietary technology and research, we are able to help our clients navigate the challenges in delivering impactful and highly targeted marketing to the right audiences, achieving their marketing objectives.Click here to read more on our website.About you:A passion for digital media and a desire to work in a tech focused environmentA strong interest in financial news, business, economics or willingness to learn and stay up to date with these areasGood time management, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAble to work under tight time schedules and manage priorities for multiple tasks set by clientsConfident in building relationships internally and externally, good communication and public speaking skillsWell organised, able to work independently, proactively and be a strong team playerExperience in an agency, publisher or in-house marketing role is essentialA strong analytical, positive mindset3-5 years relevant experience preferred. University Degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Advertising / Communications preferred but not essentialFluent in spoken & written English, any other languages are welcomedExcellent command in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointEligible to live and work in the UKAbout the role:Developing strategic recommendations and innovating impactful solutions for clientsCreating, negotiating, planning and executing bespoke media plansLeading client meetings and presentationsDevising, implementing and running innovative media/advertising campaigns in line with client requirementsBuilding strong relationships with clients and media ownersManaging budgets in line with media/advertising strategy and ensuring that monthly spend is on targetProducing monthly reports for clients containing advice, optimisations and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the KPIs and metrics agreed with the clientTraining and development of account and media executivesWhat we offerPositive, friendly and loyal colleaguesA very competitive salary and bonus structureFlexible working (3 days in the London office required)Excellent benefits including pension contribution, private healthcare, life cover, Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loans, 25 days’ annual leave, 2 days paid leave for charity work, study loans and free snacks in the officeThe opportunity to fast-track your career.
