Job Description - Account Manager

Job Title: Customer Success Manager / Account Manager
Location: Remote, South West.
Package: £45,000 + 60K OTE

We are working with an industry leading provider of cloud based secure collaboration software, they work on nationally significant programmes with clients in central government, healthcare and defence.
Their products are designed to help teams improve their efficiency through closer collaboration.

What they look for in an Account Manager
Following a period of sustained and accelerating growth, business are looking for an energetic and motivated Account Manager.

You will work closely with users of their toolset, to maximise their understanding it’s capabilities and ensure they get the most benefit. You will support through the provision of training, sharing of best practice and developing a comprehensive set of digital media artifacts.
You will work across all sectors and customers, from large government clients to small SMEs, focussing on understanding the needs of customers and aligning to the product set.

The role will focus on two key responsibilities,

Account Management

and

Account Growth

Some key responsibilities include:
Proactively work with existing clients to understand their collaboration requirements and support growth of the product.
Explore further opportunities for the product set within existing clients to maximise the footprint
Develop digital media and marketing materials to support new and existing users

What are they looking for in you?
You should be able to demonstrate the following:

Experience working with collaboration software tools such as Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.
Strong understanding of collaboration concepts, workflows, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops for users of varying technical backgrounds.
