Working with a diverse mix of health and beauty brands your portfolio will keep each day different and exciting. We offer a package that includes 33 days holiday, performance bonuses, Full Private health care, Pension and so much more. All of our Account Managers now get 18 months training working as an Assistant Account Manager for our Account Managers ensuring you get 121 training before taking on your own portfolio. Whilst training Pay Starts at 25k and once training has been completed your annual salary and bonuses are enhanced. You will manage global sales in over 15 countries, work with the Marketing team to enhance advertising and SEO, Nurture brand relationships and help maintain the brands global image.
Expected Achievements

Driving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales while exceeding brand satisfaction scores
Enhance brand sales though outstanding brand relationships.
Drive the Advertising Booster program with the brands.
Strategy planning for stock control
Review pricing to ensure it is in line with company policy and margins.
Ensure each platform that a brand is live on is reviewed, best in class and has activity from advertising and promotions.
Encourage the brand to launch on other global platforms and implement brand protection.
Own and drive your sales targets within your pod of brands.
