CareTutor offers flexible eLearning packages and professionally developed training to ensure the highest level of person-centered care in compliance with the latest regulations and guidance.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Account Manager located in Chiswick, West London. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, developing and executing growth strategies, analysing market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer service and achieve sales targets.QualificationsProven experience of hitting targets - ESSENTIALDemonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyse market trends and identify business opportunitiesStrong organisational and project management skillsBachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related fieldProficient with Hubspot or similar CRM softwareExperience in the Care sector or eLearning/education sector is desirableBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive induction and commitment to on-going learning and developmentContributory pension schemeRelaxed work environmentCasual dress codeSalary: £30,000.00 per year plus bonus.
