Job DescriptionPosition: Account/Project Manager(Large Format Digital Print)Location: HertfordshireSalary: £36k - £45k (depending on experience)The Company:Large Format print & graphics company, specialising in design, print and installation projects for interior fit-outs and display graphics.The Role:• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients requirements• Understand workflow• Manage accounts• Full project management for bespoke jobs inclusive of print, installation, supplier, and joinery work• Build and develop a trusted advisor relationship with new customers• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to their needs and objectives• Quote bespoke jobs accurately and follow up for feedback• Process orders working with production to achieve tight deadlines• Manage multiple projects to tight timescales and differing complexitiesRequirements:• Proven project/account management or other relevant print experience• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients & colleagues• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at any time while playing strict attention to detailPlease contact me with your cv if you are interested in this position, happy to have a chat on the phone first if you would like to discuss the role.Many thanks,Alison
