Job Overview:

A unique and exciting opportunity to play a key role in our business, we are seeking a dynamic and pro-active Account Manager . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating sales from existing customers and proactively establish their needs in the short medium and long term.

We are looking for someone to develop relationships with our customer base and ensure Fagron UK is front of mind for their purchasing needs.

You will be part of a small team responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing orders, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Duties:

- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure Fagron UK is always front of mind
- Engage with new and existing customers to promote our offer
- Negotiate prices and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Organise sales calls and maintain accurate records of sales activity
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Operations teams to achieve individual, team and business objectives

Requirements:

- A passion for sales and customer relations
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Organisational skills to manage multiple leads and accounts efficiently
- Good time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in IT tools and systems
- Pharma experience is not required
- This role is based in Newcastle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year plus performance bonus/comission
