We muck in if and when necessary, even if it’s ‘not our job’, we hold each other accountable, we hold each other up, and ultimately we win together and lose together.Personal Branding Experience/TrainingAlthough this role requires account management experience is, no prior experience of personal branding is necessary as you will be fully trained and equipped.Role & ResponsibilitiesConsulting. Lead ‘content calls’ with our clients, devising and asking questions conducive to ensuring compelling and strategic content written by our copywriters. Oversee the delivery of personal branding work, setting deadlines appropriately and ensuring quality. Interact multiple times a week with clients, answering questions and keeping them informed.Strategy. Contribute to our clients personal brand strategies.Relationship management. Build, nurture, retain and grow client relationships on behalf of Sonder.Expansions. Spot opportunities to grow accounts.Reporting. Report to your line manager/other relevant stakeholders as well as clients.Business initiative. Proactively support the wider business, your peers and the leadership team in making process improvements, implementing change and evolving our culture.Key QualitiesProfessional. You’ll demonstrate professionalism at all times. You will be polite, diligent, proactive and kind.Confident. You’ll be working day-to-day with a range of clients.
