Job Description - Account Manager - AV

One of the UK’s award-winning AV Integration providers is looking for a driven and consultative Account Manager who is looking to make their mark in a thriving an innovative industry.

You will develop relationships, drive new business, and deliver smart, impactful AV solutions to the higher education, government, and corporate sectors. With over 45 years of industry leadership and a growing reputation backed by AV Awards recognition and customer commendations, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a trusted name in the AV world.

As Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts while generating new business opportunities
  • Promoting our full range of AV products and services across your territory
  • Collaborating with internal teams, technical experts, and installation crews to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the North East team
We’re looking for an Account Manager with:
  • Proven experience in consultative B2B sales (AV/technical sales a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset – you thrive under pressure and stay solutions-focused
  • Willingness to travel across the North East with occasional overnight stays (accommodation provided as needed)

The North East branch is based in Seaham and your territory will include Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield, and Hull. They’re open to candidates across the region, with weekly office attendance expected. Overnight stays covered where necessary.
