Our team is a dynamic blend of creative thinkers and strategic experts committed to excellence and innovation.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional marketing communications solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be the pivotal link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and drive measurable results.Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, digital, and ESG teams to coordinate efforts and deliver integrated communication solutions.Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions and thought leadership.Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, using data and analytics to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within a marketing communications agency or related field.Demonstrable experience delivering corporate reports - eg Annual Reports, Sustainability reports and more. Examples of corporate branding projectsEnd-to-end management experience of corporate comms output - including websites, marketing collateral, social media etc.Skills:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong project management and organisational abilities.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Attributes:Proactive, results-oriented, and client-focused.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
