TSD is a leading technical integration and engineering company that specializes in bespoke applications (on Microsoft's tech stack), e-commerce (Shopify, Ucommerce and DynamicWeb), and systems integration. We work on a variety of projects, ranging from real-time bidding systems and high-traffic e-commerce websites to big-data analytics and high-speed transactional middleware.
As an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager at TSD, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their success with our services. Your role will involve understanding our clients' business objectives, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.
You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our development, and support teams to align client expectations, manage project timelines, and drive successful outcomes.
This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Our team is spread all over the Europe, and we've been successfully working remotely for over 10 years.
Full-time role (37.5hrs pw), fully remote, Account Manager / Customer Success Manager with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. Experience in a similar role in the software development or technology industry is preferred.
