Account Manager - Digital Agency (Remote, UK)
£30,000 - £42,000 + Benefits

We're looking for a smart, organised, and people-focused Account Manager to join a well-established digital agency that's fully remote (originally Manchester-based). If you love working across varied sectors, juggling creative campaigns, and being the steady hand that keeps things on track then this one's for you.

The Role

You'll be the go to for a range of clients, from fintech, manufacturing, local authority , B2B to consumer brands, helping deliver everything from branding projects to digital campaigns. No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with a tight-knit creative and strategy team to bring ideas to life.

This is a generalist role: part planner, part communicator, part problem-solver. You'll keep clients happy, projects moving, and teams aligned.

You'll need to:

• Be confident managing multiple accounts, timelines, and deliverables
• Understand brand, campaign and creative processes (not just the buzzwords!)
• Be a natural communicator - with clients, designers, copywriters and developers
• Have a good eye for detail and a head for deadlines
• Enjoy working across different sectors - every client has a different story to tell

Bonus points if you:

• Have agency experience (ideally in a similar account/project management role)
• Know your way around campaign reporting, decks, and digital touchpoints
• Like getting stuck in - it's a hands-on team, and they keep the layers light

Fully Remote
