Account Manager - Food 12-month FTC

Role: -Account Manager (12-month FTC)
Location: -Remote
Salary: -Depending on experience

Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has project management experience within the food industry- this is not sales role, but rather is someone who has excellent client relationship management, good communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
• Daily support of a leading food retail client, acting as their account manager.
• Accountable for the direction and progression of products and for the success of the spec, pack copy and artwork approval.
• Day to day service delivery to the client aswell as helping to support their internal teams.
• Develop client relationships and ensure that the needs of the client are met.
• Attend client meetings when necessary- usually 2-3 times a year.
• Reporting writing of client performance.
• Provide client feedback when required.

The Person
• Previous project management or account management experience within the food (Manufacturing or retail) industry.
• Approachable, pro-active, organised and resilient.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
• Be able to deal with difficult conversations and find an outcome.
• Ability to prioritise workload and deadlines.
• Happy to travel to meetings when required.
• Positive attitude and keen to learn.
