Apex Resources is continuing its expansion with the opening of our new Yeovil office, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our Industrial Division.

Working alongside an established Branch Manager with over 10 years' experience in Industrial recruitment, you'll play a key role in managing and developing client relationships while supporting the delivery of high-volume temporary recruitment solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Industrial recruitment experience who enjoys building strong partnerships and delivering outstanding service.

The Role

As a Recruitment Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and developing relationships with existing Industrial clients.

* Acting as the main point of contact for customer accounts.

* Coordinating high-volume temporary recruitment requirements.

* Liaising with candidates and clients to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.

* Maintaining regular communication with clients to deliver an exceptional level of service.

* Working closely with the Branch Manager to grow key accounts and identify new opportunities.

* Ensuring compliance and accurate administration throughout the recruitment process.

About You

To be considered for this role, you'll have:

* Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the Industrial sector.

* Experience managing high-volume temporary recruitment.

* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

* Strong organisational and communication abilities.

* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

* A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to develop your career.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday

* 8:00am – 5:30pm

* Office-based role at our Yeovil branch
