With a passion for innovation and a track record of success, they're seeking a talented Account Manager to join their dynamic team and help lead their clients to victory.
RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and campaign goals, and develop tailored influencer marketing strategies to achieve them.
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of influencer marketing on their brand.
Develop creative and strategic influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Identify and onboard influencers who are the perfect fit for each campaign, negotiating rates and terms to ensure maximum value for clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, influencer relations, and analytics, to bring campaigns to life and optimize performance.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in their roles and fostering their professional development.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting, summarizing key findings and lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for future improvement.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS 2 years previous experience working in an agency environment.
Minimum 1 year of Account Management experience.
Previous influencer marketing experience.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices, with experience in identifying and activating influencers for campaigns.
