What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll focus on recruiting and onboarding UK customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and building lasting relationships that drive growth. You’ll combine proactive hunting for new opportunities with strategic farming of existing accounts.

What will you do?

• Day-to-day onboarding, nurturing and winning back UK customers  
• Recruit new traders and dealers from incoming calls or pre-assigned database by the Manager 
• Nurture the business relationships of the existing customers in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us  
• Reactivate inactive accounts by understanding their needs and reasons for leaving
• Present and demo our sales solutions to buyers and sellers
• Run call campaigns towards new and existing customers (launch of new solutions, products and services) 
• Follow up and report on your responsible territory (market) information which could boost sales and OPENLANE’s market share  
• Yearly customer visits for a selected group accompanied by one of the commercial managers.

REQUIREMENTS
Who are you?

• You speak English fluently.

• You bring 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, or a similar commercial role.
• You have strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and close deals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build relationships with clients.

• You stay positive under pressure, with resilience and a growth mindset.
• You’re ambitious, target-driven, and motivated to exceed sales goals.
