Account Manager - Interiors Sector

This established Interior Design Consultancy has been creating and installing beautiful interiors for the residential marketplace for many years.

With a talented in-house team of designers, stylists and soft furnishers, they are investing in their Business Development team and looking for an Account Manager or Business Development Executive to join them.

The role will combine winning new business with developing existing client relationships within the residential or their growing hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals and long-term retention

* Responding to and following up sales enquiries

* Negotiating project budgets, timescales and requirements with clients

* Preparing clear and concise client briefs for the project management team

* Providing sales forecasts and information to support forward planning

* Supporting seasonal marketing and advertising campaigns

About You

* Previous experience in a sales role within the interiors or property development sector

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

* A commercial mindset with an understanding of sales targets and gross profit

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Good IT skills

* A current driving licence

Salary: £35,000 to 45,000 plus bonus, pool /company car depending on role level, company pension, 22 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
