Description

• Manage and grow key retail accounts within the Kidswear department
• Travel to the Far East and Europe
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Work very closely with the design team
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Manage order and delivery processes
• Deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management
• Participate in trade shows and industry events

Profile

A successful Account Manager should have:

• Experience in retail account management, preferably within Kidswear
• Experience as a junior buyer or established buyer within fashion is also desirable
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A passion for fashion and retail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive and results-driven approach
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
