Job Description - Account Manager - Print / POS / Promotional Merchandise

Location: Slough, Hybrid - Max 2 Days Office

Full-Time | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Competitive £40,000

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in Print, POS or Promotional Merchandise? Want to work with some of the world’s biggest brands delivering innovative campaigns and high-quality products? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams - ensuring smooth project delivery, exceptional service, and solutions that exceed expectations. From briefing through to production and delivery, you’ll take full ownership of your projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships at all levels

  • Take briefs, manage timelines, and ensure all jobs are delivered on time and to spec

  • Offer technical advice on print and POS projects

  • Brief suppliers and negotiate costings and timescales

  • Ensure top-tier customer service is delivered at every stage

  • Suggest innovative solutions and alternatives to client briefs

  • Monitor and report on project progress and budget performance

  • Attend meetings and press passes as required (some out-of-hours work may be necessary)

  • Identify new business opportunities and support account growth

  • Ensure accurate use of internal systems and timely invoicing

  • Ensure all work complies with company and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Account Management experience in Print, POS or Promotional Merchandise

  • Strong understanding of print production and POS display

  • Confident managing multiple projects with tight deadlines

  • Client-facing experience with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail

  • Calm under pressure and solution-focused

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with press passing is desirable

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps is a plus
