Account Manager – Healthcare Recruitment

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + commission

Pin Point Health is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to drive new business and grow our healthcare client base across the South East.

This is a commercially focused role for someone who enjoys winning new clients, building relationships and developing accounts within the health and social care sector.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

* Generating new business across the NHS, elderly care and supported living sectors

* Identifying and approaching prospective clients across the South East

* Building relationships with key healthcare decision-makers

* Booking and attending client meetings

* Winning new accounts and developing existing client relationships

* Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and staffing volumes

* Negotiating rates and commercial terms

* Working closely with recruitment and compliance teams to deliver an excellent service

* Maintaining an active pipeline of new business opportunities

* Representing Pin Point Health at client meetings and networking events

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

* Experience in healthcare recruitment, business development or account management

* A strong track record of developing new business

* Knowledge of the NHS, elderly care or supported living market

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* A confident, proactive and commercially driven approach

* The ability to develop a territory and build long-term client partnerships
