Job Description - Account Manager Sales

Account Managers
Starting Salary £35K + OTE Bonus £15K
Private Pension, Life Assurance, Medical Cover 25 days holiday per annum
Full Time Monday- Friday
Based Slough
Our clients is one of the market leaders in the provision of work place vaccinations in the UK. With a broad range of customers from FTSE to SME they are committed to

ensuring that they bring passion and expertise to every organisation they work with, helping them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals, protect their employees and deliver their duty of care. They are rightly proud of their track record for growth and high level of customers that return to them year on year to deliver vaccination programmes. Current vaccination services include Flu, Pneumonia and Hepatitis B.
With ambitious growth plans they are now expanding and looking for 2 Account Managers to join the existing office-based team, nurturing and developing relationships with existing customers and helping to drive business growth
Key Responsibilities include;
Management of client enquiries and service requests ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop strong client relationships ensuring high retention rates
Accurate record keeping and maintenance of client database
Understand client requirements, business and operations to ensure optimal service delivery
Present client pricing proposals and terms
Liaison with Nurse Booking and Logistics teams to fulfil client requirements
Identify new service opportunities to broaden the client relationship
Development of client campaigns and management of an opportunity pipeline
Support Business Development Manager in new client acquisition and onboarding
To be considered you will meet the following
Proven account management experience B2B
Highly organised, motivated, positive and determined personality with the ability proactively problem solve and drive results
Excellent interpersonal skills (including communication and presentation skills). and ability to communicate confidently with senior board members and HR managers in Customer accounts
Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
Ability to work well as part of a team; demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
Desire to acquire knowledge and learn new skills
